How does the appointment process work?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll be taken through the next steps required to book your appointment, including a link to book your session directly on my calendar.
Is it possible to buy more than one session?
Yes, it’s possible! All you have to do is choose a 2 or 3 session package to suit your needs. For more sessions, contact me!
If I don't like the support, can I get my money back?
If you are not satisfied with the service, you may cancel the following session(s). Refunds are possible up to a maximum of :
- For 1 session ordered and cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, reimbursement of 225€ (i.e. a 10% deduction), more than 48 hours in advance, reimbursement of 200€ (20% deduction)
- For a pack of 2 or 3 sessions, with 1 session remaining: maximum reimbursement of 200€, additional deduction of 25€ if cancellation less than 48 hours before the remaining session
- For a pack of 3 sessions with 2 sessions remaining: maximum reimbursement of 400€, additional deduction of 25€ if cancellation less than 48 hours before the next remaining session.
Are you certified by Notion?
Yes, I’ve been a certified Notion consultant since 2024: advanced proficiency in the use of Notion and productivity methodologies, productivity system design and the ability to give appropriate advice on the value of Notion in a variety of use cases.
Prior to this, I had also obtained the 3 certification badges issued by Notion: Notion essentials, Notion Settings & Sharing and Notion Advanced.
I’ve also been a Notion ambassador since September 2023. In concrete terms, this means that along with the other ambassadors, I’m helping Notion spread around the world by supporting the community, in particular by organizing local groups and events. In particular, I founded the Notion community in Alsace.
